True comfort and relaxation await at Mori Trust hotels

High-quality hotel facilities are an indispensable element of the finest urban assets. A space to unwind, to relax body and soul, to soak up the finest hospitality and amenities: a time of luxury away from the everyday. Hotels are the perfect place to soothe away the cares of the day and to recharge our batteries for whatever tomorrow brings. They're also ideal for entertaining valued clients, or for breakfast meetings with busy executives. As venues for important meetings and negotiations, new product presentations, and accommodations for visitors, hotels play a vital role in the business community. In the past few years, Mori Trust has embarked on an ambitious expansion of its hotel operations, based on the conviction that hotels form an essential hub for all functions of the city. In 1990, we developed the Hotel Laforet Tokyo at Gotenyama Garden in conjunction with group company Mori Kanko Trust. 1997 saw the start of our involvement in the ownership and operation of the renowned Manpei Hotel in Karuizawa, one of Japan's most famous resort hotels. 2003 saw the start of a similar involvement with the INTERCONTINENTAL YOKOHAMA GRAND, an urban resort hotel and Yokohama landmark. In the spring of 2005, we will welcome the Conrad Tokyo, an ultra-luxury hotel brand of British company Hilton International, to the upper levels of the Tokyo Shiodome Building. Mori Trust hotel operations provide the right hotels for the urban environment, at the right time, and in every conceivable format.
