The effective means of acquiring management resources vary depending on the economic environment. Since the late 1990s Mori Trust Group has acquired large properties and development sites and actively invested in projects or partnered with companies. We believe that flexibly acquiring management resources based on domestic and international economic trends and prospects will become more important than ever.

In 2006 we established an Investment division tasked with creating the optimal asset and corporate portfolio for the Group. Since then we have built flexible structures for all aspects of investment activity, from return-oriented to strategic investment.

While focusing on investment in the real estate and hotel businesses, where we have a wealth of experience, we will also broaden our horizons to actively invest in other businesses that add value to the urban environment.
