Investment in and collaboration with startups and funds aiming to create new workstyles and lifestyles and solve societal issues The Mori Trust Group is promoting investment in startups, funds and other entities to revitalize the economy. As part of that, we will aim for a total of 20 billion yen in terms of investments in startups and funds aiming to create new workstyles and lifestyles and solve societal issues.

Building knowledge and experience for the implementation of digital transformation (DX) We will cultivate human resources who are constantly aware of and committed to perform data collection, storage, visualization, and analysis. We aim to achieve a 100% participation rate in terms of in-house DX training by 2023.
Cultivation of human resources which gain awareness of things by learning from various angles In addition to education for new employees and on-the-job training programs, we provide (on an annual basis) employee training related to thinking/methods, lectures given by outside lecturers, new proposal training for mid-career hires, and more.
Implementation of MT TALK to generate new ideas and promote project proposals MT TALK is a bottom-up, company-wide presentation contest in which volunteer employees make new proposals and sublimate them until the project stage. This will foster thinking abilities and abilities when it comes to implementing new projects.
This initiative, which has been underway since 2017, won an award in the corporate HR category at HR Award 2019.
